Slimline Replacement Vertical Blind Headrail – Made to Measure

Replace your existing vertical blind track and reuse your fabric slats with our Slimline Replacement Vertical Blind Headrail, made to your chosen width. Available for 89mm (3.5-inch) and 127mm (5-inch) slats, it’s a practical way to replace a worn or damaged headrail without buying a complete blind.

Made to measure for your window

Order widths from 18cm to 300cm, with measurements entered in millimetres, centimetres or inches. Select the slat width that matches your existing fabric, then choose your controls and brackets.

• Slimline vertical blind headrail with runners.

• Your selected wand or cord-and-chain controls.

• Top-fix or face-fix brackets when selected, at no extra charge.

Fabric slats, bottom weights and bottom chain are not included.

Choose your measurement type

Exact: Enter your required finished headrail width, measured end to end, including the end caps. We make the headrail to this width without deductions.

Recess: Enter the inside width of your window recess. We deduct 10mm in total for fitting clearance. Do not make this deduction yourself.

Replacing an existing track? Measuring its finished width and choosing Exact provides a straightforward way to order your replacement.

Controls and fixing options

Choose Wand or Cord & Chain, then select the available control-side and draw options to suit your window.

Top-fix brackets attach above the headrail, while face-fix brackets attach to a suitable vertical surface. Select No Brackets if you don’t require new ones. If reusing existing brackets, check that they fit the replacement rail.

Made-to-measure vertical blind headrails are manufactured to your chosen width and dispatched as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on size and order volume. For headrails over 2800mm, please contact us before ordering as an additional delivery charge may apply.

Returns
As this product is made to your individual measurements, it is not normally eligible for return if you change your mind or order the wrong size.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your headrail arrives damaged, faulty, or has been manufactured incorrectly, please contact us and we’ll put it right.
