Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through EveryBlind, operated by EVERYHOME UK LTD.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

1. About Us

2. Our Products

We sell products including:

  • Made-to-measure blinds
  • Replacement vertical blind slats
  • Made-to-measure vertical blind headrails
  • Blind spare parts, fittings and accessories

Product photographs, descriptions and specifications are provided to help you make an informed purchase.

Because colours may appear differently depending on screen settings, device displays and lighting, we recommend ordering a sample where available before purchasing made-to-measure products.

3. Made-to-Measure Products

Many EveryBlind products are manufactured specifically to the measurements and specifications provided by the customer.

This includes replacement blind slats, made-to-measure headrails and complete made-to-measure blinds.

You are responsible for checking:

  • measurements
  • quantities
  • product width
  • colour or fabric
  • control type
  • control side or draw type
  • bracket choice
  • any other options selected

before placing your order.

We manufacture custom products according to the information submitted with your order.

Please follow the measuring guidance provided on our website and contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

4. Placing an Order

When placing an order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selected products, measurements, quantities, options, delivery details and total price before completing payment.

Your order is an offer to purchase goods from us.

After your order is placed, we will normally send an order confirmation by email. This acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

A contract between you and EveryBlind is formed when we accept your order and begin processing or manufacturing it.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, for example where:

  • a product is unavailable
  • there is an obvious pricing or website error
  • payment cannot be authorised
  • we cannot manufacture the product to the specification requested
  • we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity

If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled goods.

5. Prices

All prices displayed on our UK store are shown in pounds sterling unless another currency is displayed through Shopify Markets.

Prices include VAT where applicable.

The total price payable will be shown before you complete your purchase.

For made-to-measure products, prices may change depending on measurements and options selected.

Optional extras, including certain brackets, fittings, delivery upgrades or other additions, will only be charged where you actively select them. UK guidance requires express agreement for optional additional charges. GOV.UK

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

Payment services may be provided by third parties such as Shopify Payments, PayPal or other payment providers.

7. Delivery

Delivery options, charges and any applicable free-delivery threshold will be displayed at checkout.

Our current standard UK mainland delivery charge for applicable made-to-measure products is £7.95, with free standard delivery on qualifying orders of £149 or more.

Different delivery charges may apply to:

  • spare parts
  • oversized products
  • remote or offshore locations
  • unusually long headrails
  • expedited services

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and are not normally guaranteed unless expressly agreed.

Unless another delivery period has been agreed, UK distance-selling rules generally require goods to be delivered within 30 days. GOV.UK

Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

8. Measurements and Customer-Supplied Information

For made-to-measure products, we rely on the measurements and specifications supplied by you.

Please check all details carefully before completing your order.

If a product has been manufactured correctly according to measurements or specifications supplied by you, it will not normally be considered faulty simply because the measurements or selections were incorrect.

If you discover an error shortly after ordering, contact us immediately. Where production has not yet started, we may be able to amend the order, but we cannot guarantee this.

9. Changes and Cancellations

For standard, non-customised goods, statutory cancellation rights may apply as explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

Made-to-measure or personalised goods are generally excluded from the standard change-of-mind cancellation right once they are manufactured to the customer's specifications. GOV.UK

If you wish to change or cancel a custom order, contact us as soon as possible.

Where production has not started, we may agree to amend or cancel the order.

Once manufacture has started, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Any cancellation charges or deductions we apply will be reasonable and reflect actual losses or costs incurred; UK guidance warns against excessive or unfair cancellation charges. GOV.UK

10. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Goods supplied by EveryBlind must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where applicable.

If a product arrives damaged, faulty, incorrectly manufactured or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, we may provide an appropriate remedy such as:

  • repair
  • replacement
  • remake
  • price reduction
  • refund

Terms cannot lawfully remove consumer rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. GOV.UK

11. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Occasionally, fabrics, components or materials may become unavailable after an order is placed.

If this happens, we will contact you and may offer:

  • an alternative product
  • a revised timescale
  • cancellation and refund

We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

12. Samples

Where we offer free or paid samples, these are intended to help customers assess colour, texture and suitability before purchasing made-to-measure products.

Minor variation may occur between sample batches and finished products due to manufacturing processes or material batches.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content belonging to EveryBlind or EVERYHOME UK LTD, including product descriptions, graphics, branding, photographs and other original material, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or commercially exploit our content without permission.

14. Website Availability

We aim to keep the EveryBlind website available and accurate.

However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or free from technical errors.

We may update, change or remove website content from time to time.

15. Errors and Pricing Mistakes

We take reasonable care to ensure product information and prices are accurate.

If an obvious pricing, description or technical error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilling the order.

If we cannot supply the product at the price or specification shown due to a genuine error, you may choose whether to proceed on corrected terms or receive a refund.

16. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. GOV.UK

Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

17. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including significant carrier disruption, severe weather, industrial action, supplier disruption or other events we could not reasonably prevent.

If such an event materially affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and keep you informed.

18. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The Terms applying to your order will normally be those published when the order was placed.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory rights available under the laws that apply to you.
