Get the fit right, first time
Measure the visible glass width and drop, then check your bead depth and handle position. Each product page includes helpful diagrams and guidance as you configure your shutters.
Glass width: 183–800mm. Glass drop: 151–2000mm. A bottom handle needs at least 267mm glass width.

How do I measure my windows?
Measure the visible glass width and drop in millimetres, rather than the overall frame. Check the bead depth and handle position too. For a side handle, measure up from the bottom of the visible glass to the centre of the handle turning point. For a bottom handle, measure across from the left edge. See the illustrated help on the product page, or contact us if you are unsure.
Which bracket size do I need?
Measure from the glass surface to the face of the frame using a straight edge and ruler. Bracket sizes of 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28 and 30mm are available for quadrant beading. If your measurement falls between sizes or your beading is a different shape, contact us before ordering.
Can I choose a cut-out for my window handle?
Yes. Choose your handle location on the product page and enter its turning-point measurement. A right-hand cut-out needs Left Hand tilt, and a left-hand cut-out needs Right Hand tilt. Handle cut-outs carry no extra charge. Contact us about top handles or multiple panels with top or bottom handles.
How long will my shutters take?
The estimated lead time is 10–14 days. Your shutters are made to your measurements, so please check every dimension and option before ordering. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
