Made-to-Measure Vertical Blind Headrail – 127mm (5") System

Replace a damaged, worn or faulty vertical-blind track without replacing the complete blind.

This made-to-measure vertical-blind headrail is manufactured to your chosen width and designed for 127mm (5-inch) vertical-blind slats. It is supplied complete with internal carriers and your selected control system, ready for installation.

Choose between wand or cord control, select the required draw arrangement and add top-fix or face-fix brackets if needed.

Control options

Wand control

The wand draws the blind open and closed and rotates the slats.

Available with:

• Left draw

• Right draw

• Centre split

A centre-split wand-controlled headrail uses a wand on each side.

Cord and chain control

The operating cord draws the blind open and closed, while the beaded chain rotates the slats.

Available with left- or right-side controls and compatible draw configurations.

Looped cords and chains must be secured using suitable child-safety devices.

Draw options

Left draw

The slats travel and stack on the left side when the blind is opened.

Right draw

The slats travel and stack on the right side when the blind is opened.

Centre split

The slats divide in the middle and travel towards both sides when the blind is opened.

Left and right are viewed from inside the room while facing the blind.

Fixing options

No brackets

Choose this option if you already have compatible brackets.

Top-fix brackets

For fixing the headrail upwards into the top of a window recess or suitable ceiling surface.

Face-fix brackets

For fixing the headrail to a wall, window frame or other suitable vertical surface.

Fixing screws and wall plugs should be selected for the surface into which the blind will be installed.

How to measure

Enter the exact finished width required for the new headrail.

Measure the available space carefully using a metal tape measure. Take measurements at several points because walls and window recesses might not be perfectly square.

For a recess installation, allow suitable clearance so the headrail can fit without catching either side. For an exact or face-fix installation, enter the complete finished track width required.

Before ordering replacement slats for an existing blind, check that they use compatible top hangers. If you are uncertain, contact us with a photograph of your existing slat hanger and the measurements required.

Delivery and returns

Every headrail is manufactured to your individual measurements. Production and delivery times can vary depending on the ordered width and current workload.

For headrails over 2800mm, please contact us before ordering because additional manufacturing or delivery arrangements may be required.

As this product is made to your measurements, it is not normally eligible for return if you change your mind or supply an incorrect size.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If the headrail arrives damaged, faulty or manufactured incorrectly, please contact us and we will put it right.

Returns
As this product is made to your individual measurements, it is not normally eligible for return if you change your mind or order the wrong size.
