Replacement Vertical Blind Carrier Trucks with Spacers
Repair vertical-blind slats that no longer turn, slide correctly or remain evenly spaced.
These replacement carrier trucks run inside a compatible vertical-blind headrail. Each carrier holds one slat and connects to the next carrier using a spacer, helping the slats move together and maintain consistent spacing.

Choose your quantity
Count the number of damaged carriers you need to replace and select the appropriate pack quantity.
If several carriers have failed, check the complete headrail before ordering. Older plastic components can become brittle, so replacing a complete section may provide a more reliable repair.
We recommend ordering one or two extra carriers as spares.
What is a carrier truck?
Carrier trucks are the small moving components located inside the vertical-blind headrail.
Each carrier:
-
Travels along the headrail
-
Holds one vertical-blind slat
-
Helps rotate the slat
-
Connects to neighbouring carriers through the spacer system
A damaged carrier can cause a slat to hang incorrectly, stop rotating or become unevenly spaced.
Choose the correct carrier type
This carrier is available in two different styles:
-
Left-hand carrier
-
Right-hand carrier
The two types are not interchangeable. Please remove or inspect an existing carrier and compare it carefully with the labelled product photographs before ordering.
Do not select the type based only on which side of the window the blind controls are positioned. Select the carrier that matches the shape and orientation of your existing component.
For the most reliable comparison:
-
Position your existing carrier in the same direction as our photograph.
-
Compare the position of the spacer connection.
-
Compare the hook, gear and carrier-body shape.
-
Check all measurements shown in the diagram.
-
Select either Left-Hand or Right-Hand Carrier.
If you are uncertain, send us a clear photograph of your existing carrier before ordering.
Fitting information
Replacing carrier trucks normally requires the headrail to be removed and one end of the track to be opened.
The carrier train may need to be carefully withdrawn from the headrail before individual carriers or spacers can be replaced. Make a note of the component order and orientation before dismantling the track.
After fitting, test the carriers by moving and rotating them slowly before reinstalling the slats.
If you are not confident dismantling the headrail, seek assistance from an experienced blind fitter.
